Wow. Not only have the framers fleshed out most of the second floor but as you can see, they are also forming the third floor deck. The house in huge!! We have all but demolished the tranquil skyline of our once quite and serene neighborhood. Though I feel a little sad about screwing up the neighborhood, we also feel we're givingsomething back. Though the house will stand out, we are doing everything possible to give it a look and attitude that'll make it extremely cool.
The house looks absolutely incredible at this stage. For the first time, we are able to see the interior ceiling heights and how the elements of the house all relate to each other. This has been anything but a traditional build. There are curves and radiused elements throughout the house that add incredible character. Though the framers are having to work harder than they would like, they also recognize this is a very special house and are taking great pride in doing whatever in necessary to make this all happen.
If the site will support it, let be close things out with a somewhat half-ass shot from the third floor deck. This is maybe a 300 degree shot that show you what we'll see.

Gina and I are leaving for Chicago in the morning. We have the Wizard World Chicago show this weekend. Upon our return, we have to get ready for the Comic-Con International in San Diego. San Diego is the biggest show of the year and draws over 150,000 people from across the world. Great show but it take a considerable amount of work to prepare for it. After San Diego, then there's Francesca and Anthony's wedding in August. If we survive this year, nothing can stop us.
Bye for now!!

Hey Bob,
I read this last blog entry and i kept wondering who these "farmers" are and what are they doing "fleshing the walls." Then I realized I was retarded and it is "framers." Anyway, the house looks awesome! Thank you for everything you did for us at Comic Con! We had a great time. Next year, we will be at the party! Thanks again Bob!
